Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your order request: your name, clinic or practice, email address, phone number if you give one, shipping address, any notes, and the books, formats and copies you ask for.
• Emails you send us and our replies.
• Messages to the Ask assistant (the chat button on this site), and anything you choose to type there.
• Your cart, which stays in your own browser (local storage) and reaches us only when you send an order request.
• Technical records kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and request times, used to run the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not collect card or bank details on this site.

How we use it

• To check stock and shipping, work out the final total, and email it to you with a payment link.
• To ship your books and answer questions about your order.
• To keep the records that accounting and tax law require.
• To keep the site and the order form working and safe.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Email only

We contact you by email, about your order or about a question you sent us. Placing an order request does not add you to a newsletter or marketing list. Order emails come from an @hivemindai.io address; if a message asks you to pay somewhere else, check with us first.

Payment

You pay through a secure link from our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether a payment went through and shares the details merchants normally receive, such as the amount, your name and email, and the card type and last four digits.

Who else handles it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the shop:

• our website host and network provider (Cloudflare), which serves the site and runs the order form;
• our email delivery provider (Resend), which carries order-request emails to us;
• our payment provider (Stripe), when you pay;
• the AI model provider behind the Ask assistant, which processes your chat messages to write a reply;
• the publisher, distributor or carrier that fills and delivers your order, which receives the shipping details it needs.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect people, the shop or the site.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as accounting and tax law require, and other emails and chat messages only as long as we need them to help you. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
• Empty your cart at any time from the cart page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
• Write to [email protected] with any privacy question or request. We reply by email.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We will honor them.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
